Metta YOGA

Yoga, to yoke, to unite, to balance the body, mind & spirit.  This practice is primarily a series of poses with awareness of breath and movement.  Forget the "I'm not flexible enough to try yoga" mantra.  EVERYBODY can do yoga.  Come to a non-competitive space to explore your body's full range of motion at your own pace.  This class is tailored to each students needs with modifications and intensifications encouraged.   This is a blended class between slow flow and beginner yoga. Breath and mindfulness techniques will be introduced.  Benefits are plentiful from stress reduction, to strength and stamina building, to developing concentration.  Learn to listen to the body, become less reactive in mind and watch your practice unfold.
